The position is responsible for maintaining production process in manufacturing site. Responsibility 职责：



·        协助电气工程师完成对全厂用电设备的运行、维护、检修及改造等工作的管理。

Assist Electrical Engineer to perform management on operation, maintenance and overhaul of all electrical equipment.

·        负责全厂电气设备及电气线路的日常检查及故障处理。

Be responsible for daily check and troubleshooting for electrical equipment and power line.

·        负责维护、检修计划的编制、报审及组织实施。

Be responsible for making maintenance plan and implementation.

·        负责电气设备档案资料的整理，备品备件的管理和对外包商的管理。

          Be responsible for documentation, spare parts and contractor management.  

·        参与工厂建设和开车，包括电气设备的安装、调试。

Be involved in plant construction, installation of electrical equipment, commissioning and start up.



Qualification要求:



·        具有三年以上工厂电气维护经验。有化工行业背景者优先。

Having over 3 years working experience on electrical maintenance in plant. With chemical background is preferred.

·        能够读懂电气设备的英文资料。

Be able to read English documentation for electrical equipment.

·        熟悉35KV变电所和中、低压工厂配电系统的运行管理。

Be familiar with operation and management of 35KV substation and LV power system.

·        参与5S。

Take part in 5S activity.

·        能熟练使用MS-OFFICE。

Be familiar with MS-OFFICE.

·        具备国家及行业认可的资质证书者优先考虑。

Will be priority if having certificate from authority or relevant industry.

·        电气、自动化及其它相关专业，中专以上学历。

       Major in electrical or relevant ，technical school graduate or above。

职责Essential Functions (Responsibilities):

Effectively develop and lead Nantong plant PSI team to ensure world class delivery performance & inventory management.

·        To provide a smooth operation from order entry through production planning to delivery

·        In charge of  Annual & long term plan.

·        Drive process improvement for world class services and inventory management.

·        Lead Supply &Demand review with Interface between commercial team and production

·        Lead production quarterly & monthly plan as well as raw material plan

·        Anticipates Pacific wide planning team

·        In charge of inventory control (such as slow moving stock, cost control)



要求Qualifications/Requirements:

·        BS with technical background, MBA and/or MS preferred.

·        At least 3 years relevant working experience in Production, Material Planning, Demand FCST and Inventory control

·        Global Supply Chain Experience.

迈图不是当年的GE了，待遇已经差了一大截了，我的同学已经跳走了不少了。
最近有人介绍我去，或许去看看，不过去的可能不大，主要是职位没有什么吸引力

同意楼上的看法 迈图远不如GE  也可能是刚接手管理体制还不是很好

个人意见 希望不要影响大家 我还是很相信迈图的 呵呵

透露一下待遇：如果是硕士毕业有2年的工作经验，你要10k问题就不大了。10k以上就看自己的本事啦，但是10k以下那一定是你要价低了。
