Process Engineer
Duties:
- Studies product design and quality standard in exploring manufacturing process that suits
production of products best
- Locates, evaluates and selects equipment vendors
- Dertermines liquid silicon rubber molding tooling process design and cavities layout
- Work on raw material localiation and qualification alternative supplier localliy
- Work with engineering people to set up rubber molding expansion capacity
- New equipment/process trial run, qualification and production scale-up.
Requirement:
- At least 3 years working experience i rubber molding or related field
- Problem solving ability and team work spirit
- Can use six sigma tools to fix the problems
- Be proficient in written and spoken English
- Working experience in multi-national company is prefered.
