Dow Corning Implementing Selective Price Increases on Specialty Chemical Product Lines
Midland, Michigan  Dow Corning is implementing selective price increases globally by 3 to 7 percent for specialty chemicals.  Price increases are essential to ensure continued ongoing supply and technical support and service to our customers. Continuous productivity improvements have not been able to fully offset increases in raw material and energy in the production of specialty chemicals. Affected product lines include resins, specialty fluids, coatings, emulsions, co-polymers, specialty blends, and lubricants. The increases do not apply to customers who have currently contracted business.
